Side Discharge Batch Debarking
Three or more rotors intruding into a static bin
No transfer plates between the rotors – hence open bottom – patented feature
All or portions of the rotor disc interleaf to retain fibre – hence live floor – patented feature
Each successive rotor, from low position thru the high position, rotates at an increased rate to prevent pull thru.
Rotors are placed at a compound angle for optimized rotation.
High frequency of abrader blocks on the rotors.
Each disc carries a throat

Rotors can vary in diameter to suit the bin and the diet.
